About Me
My name is Vinetta Eyre. I have been practicing Tai Chi for over 10 years. I started teaching in 2011. In 2015, I became a certified Tai Chi Instructor trained by Jessie Tsao. My class consists of 3 segments. The first segment is a warm up of deep breathing and relaxation. We prepare our bodies for the Tai Chi forms.
Then we practice the forms which help to strenghthen the lower back and balance.
The second segment is reflexology which promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces pain, soothes tired feet and encourages overall healing.
The last segment is taking a 5 minute power nap. This is a skill that teaches us to relax and rejuvinate our brain. Meditation can change your life for the better.
I use aroma theropy with essential oils as well.
